This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") belongs to Shenzhen Sanguang SGLinks Technology Co., Ltd. (Address: Room 2120, Oriental Technology Building, No. 16 Keyuan Road, Kejiyuan Community, Yuehai Street, Nanshan District, Shenzhen)

SGLinks (hereinafter referred to as "the App") attaches great importance to and protects the personal privacy of all users of its services. To provide you with more accurate and high-quality services, the App will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. However, the App will treat such information with the highest degree of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, the App will not disclose such information to third parties or provide it to them without your prior permission. The App may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. By agreeing to the App's Service Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the App's Service Agreement.

I. What Information We Collect

(a) When you register an account with the App, the mobile phone number or email address information you provide as required for personal registration;

(b) Information that the App automatically receives and records from your browser and computer when you use the App's network services or access the App's platform webpage, including but not limited to your IP address, language used, access date and time, and basic characteristic information of the SGLinks IoT APP and its hardware such as version number, hardware model and other data;

(c) When you use the App with supporting network camera hardware, the App requires your authorization to access the following information or permissions of the mobile phone hardware. You may also choose to refuse, but you will not be able to use the corresponding functions normally:

1) Mobile phone identification code: Used by the App to provide accurate alarm notification messages. We may obtain your mobile phone number or MAC address.

2) Microphone: Used for two-way communication between the App and the network camera.

3) Camera: Used by the App to scan the QR code to obtain the ID of the network camera, or to display the mobile phone side screen on the camera during video calls.

4) Read and write storage: Used by the App to save or delete snapshot pictures and video recording files, only when using relevant functions.

5) Location information: Used by the App to obtain the current WiFi name of the mobile phone and configure it for the wireless network of the network camera.

(d) Application list acquisition: Used to determine whether the corresponding third-party application software is installed during login, value-added service payment, and content sharing;

(e) Push permission: Used to push device movement alarm and low battery alarm notifications to you. The App supports third-party Mob push, Huawei push, vivo push, oppo push and Xiaomi push;

(f) Application program abnormal crash collection: Used for application program abnormal crash reports. The App integrates Umeng+SDK.

(g) The specific list of mobile phone permissions that need to be invoked for Android is as follows:

(h) Information required by third-party SDKs used in our necessary functions, as well as specific scenarios and purposes:

(i) Detailed description of the information required for basic functions or services related to audio and video as an audio and video product

Some core functions of our products/services include audio and video calls, alarm messages, and basic functions relied on by machine services (such as monitoring video preview, device operation and control, etc.). We will collect, store and use some information related to you to realize the above functions. If you do not provide such information, we cannot provide you with the required products and services.

Our products/services also include some additional functions, including value-added services such as cloud storage and AI laboratory, message reminders, and device unbinding. If you use these additional functions, we will collect corresponding personal information according to the additional functions you choose to use. If you do not provide such personal information, you can still use the basic functions related to the software product based on the service, but you will not be able to use the corresponding additional functions.

In the course of your use of our products or services, we will collect the information you actively provide or generate due to the use of our products or services in the following ways to optimize our products/services and ensure the security of your account:

1. When you use the cloud service of this software, you need to bind your camera and other products. We will collect the product serial number and product verification code of your bound products. Such information is unique basic product information, which is the basic information that must be collected to bind products and further provide you with basic services and value-added services such as preview and video storage. When you use the storage function of this software's cloud service to store your videos, these videos will be stored on our servers. We will store them in an encrypted manner.

2. When you purchase products or services from this software, we will also collect your order information, including order number, information about the services you purchased, the amount you paid and the payment method. We will use such information to confirm transactions, payment and settlement, query orders for you, provide customer service consultation and after-sales service, and judge whether your transactions are abnormal to protect your transaction security.

3. When you enable the message reminder function, we will collect the timestamp of the pictures taken by your camera to push messages to you. You can turn off this function through settings.

4. Our customer service and after-sales functions will use your account information, order information, and the product information you bound. To ensure the security of your account, our customer service will use your account information to verify your identity with you. When you need us to provide customer service and after-sales service related to your order information, we will query your order information. You may provide other information when communicating with our customer service staff, such as when you ask us to change the contact person or contact phone number. When you need us to provide customer service and after-sales service related to the product information you bound, we will query your product information bound by you.

5. To provide local album-related functions, we need to read/write external storage permissions to facilitate you to save relevant key pictures or videos in real time.

6. When you add a device, we need location permission to obtain your precise positioning to facilitate searching for relevant WIFI information. When adding by scanning a code, you need to obtain camera permission to scan the QR code to enable you to add devices more conveniently and quickly.

7. When you need to make voice intercom with the device through this application, we need to obtain your microphone permission.

8. In addition to the sensitive permissions mentioned above, to provide you with better services, we also need system-related network permissions, vibrator, ignore battery optimization, allow installation from unknown sources permission (for software update), keep the screen on when watching monitoring screens and other permissions.

II. How We Use This Information

(a) The App will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any irrelevant third party unless it has obtained your prior permission, or the third party and the App (including its affiliated companies) provide services to you individually or jointly, and after the service ends, it will be prohibited from accessing all such materials that it could access before.

(b) Except for the information obtained by third-party partners for necessary functions as announced above, the App also does not allow any other third parties to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information free of charge by any means. If any user of the App platform engages in the above activities, the App has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user upon discovery.

(c) For the purpose of serving users, the App may provide you with messages related to the App's products, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with the App's partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).

III. Information Sharing and Disclosure

The App will disclose all or part of your personal information in accordance with your personal will or the provisions of the law under the following circumstances:

(a) Disclose to third parties with your prior consent;

(b) Must share your personal information with third parties to provide the products and services you request;

(c) Disclose to third parties or administrative and judicial organs in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law, or the requirements of administrative or judicial organs;

(d) Need to disclose to third parties if you violate the relevant laws and regulations of China or the App's Service Agreement or relevant rules;

(e) If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, disclose to the respondent at the request of the respondent to facilitate the handling of possible right disputes between the two parties;

(f) In a transaction created on the App platform, if either party to the transaction has performed or partially performed the transaction obligation and made an information disclosure request, the App has the right to decide to provide the user with necessary information such as the contact information of the other party to the transaction to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the settlement of disputes.

(g) Other disclosures that the App deems appropriate in accordance with laws and regulations.

IV. Information Storage and Exchange

The information and materials collected by the App about you will be stored on the servers of the App and/or its affiliated companies. Such information and materials may be transmitted to outside the country or region where you are located or where the App collects the information and materials and stored and accessed on the corresponding servers.

V. Information Security

(a) All App accounts have security protection functions. Please keep your username and password information properly. The App will ensure that your information is not lost, abused or altered through security measures such as encrypting user passwords. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please note that there are no "perfect security measures" on the information network.

(b) When using the App's network services for online transactions, you will inevitably disclose your personal information such as contact information or postal address to the transaction counterparty or potential transaction counterparty. Please keep your personal information properly and provide it to others only when necessary. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially if your App username and password have been leaked, please contact the App's customer service immediately so that the App can take corresponding measures.

Please note that account cancellation is an irreversible operation. After canceling your account, we will stop providing you with products or services, all rights and interests under your account will be completely cleared, and your personal information will be deleted and cannot be retrieved, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

VI. How We Handle Minors' Personal Information

We fully understand the importance of protecting minors' personal information. We do not take age identification as a prerequisite when providing products or services to users, but the nature of our products and/or services requires you to be an adult with full capacity for civil conduct. If you are a minor under the age of 18, please ask your parents or other guardians to carefully read the "Provisions on the Protection of Minors' Personal Information on the Internet" and use our services or provide information to us with the consent of your parents or other guardians and under their supervision. If you collect or submit minors' personal information through our products and/or services for the purpose of interacting with children, please ensure that you have obtained the prior authorization and consent of their legal guardians.

(a) If we decide to change the Privacy Policy, we will post these changes in this Policy, on the Company's website, and in other places we deem appropriate so that you can understand how we collect and use your personal information, who can access such information, and under what circumstances we will disclose such information.

(b) The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time, so please check it frequently. If major changes are made to this Policy, the Company will notify you through website notifications.
